Purchases made with a ComData card will not be refunded back to your card under any circumstances. All credits/returns for ComData orders will be refunded back to the purchaser in the form of an SNI gift card that can be used at any of the store locations or on the website.

All claims for non-receipt of merchandise, damaged goods or merchandise shortages must be reported within 10 days. Exchanges for program items must be made within 10 days. Freight charges for returned merchandise, freight charges to and from PDI for an exchange, except due to damaged or defective goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on anything where the product is opened, the seal is broken, or it is an electronic item.Promotional Designs has the right to change/edit this at anytime, and also deem which products fall into the Restocking Fee.

All returns must be approved in advance. Call or e-mail customer service, SNI@promotionaldesigns.com, for RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number.
